
Keeping Your Pet’s Visit Smooth and Secure
Appointment Policy
We operate on an appointment-based system to minimize your wait time and ensure each pet receives the attention they need. Please call a few days in advance to reserve your preferred time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, notify us as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. If the veterinarian agrees to see a late patient, a $30 late fee per pet will apply in addition to exam charges. Appointments missed without prior notice will incur a $50 fee per pet and require pre-payment for all future exams. If not paid ahead of time, the fee will be added to the invoice at the time of the visit.

Payment Methods
To provide the best care possible for each of our patients, we require payment at the time of service. New clients must pre-pay for their exam when scheduling, and clients bringing three or more pets per visit are required to pre-pay for all exams at the time of booking.
If you're concerned about budgeting, we’re happy to provide quotes over the phone before your appointment. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and CareCredit®. All prepayments and fees are non-refundable.
